The form should reach the Chairman, Scientific Committee before 15th January, 2010 and the envelope should be marked “Poster Presentation Session”.

 GUIDELINES

a) Poster size should not be less than or more than 4ft Height and 3 ft width
b)Font size should be such as it can be read from a distance of 1.5 meters.
c) Name and photo of the presenter should be at the top right of the poster
d) Name of the institution and PG teacher should not be mentioned.
e) Abstract should be sent to the Secretary, Dr N J Rajan

f) The poster with the above specifications should be brought along with the presenter to the conference.
g) Presenter should give payment details of the delegate fees along with the abstract to the Chairman Scientific Committee, ISOCON 2010

h) Poster should be stuck using double sided adhesive tape or drawing pins brought by the delegate
