It was decided to start an oration in the name of late Dr.V.S.Subramanian. Funds were raised by donations from friends, well wishers, delegates and the family members of Dr.V.S.Subramanian. The oration was started from the first annual conference itself. Dr.John Shea delivered the first Dr.V.S.Subramanian memorial oration.

Out of the funds donated by the organizers of the Bombay conference, a second oration was started in the year 1996 and named after Dr.K.U.Shah of Mumbai.

2010- Prof.Christian Dubreuil A New approach to Meniere's Disease*

2006- Prof.Robert Jackler presented The future of Otology

In the Annual General Meeting of ISOCON 2005 Prof.K.K.Ramalingam had announced to start oration in his name and he had donated funds for the same. The First Prof.K.K.Ramalingam Oration was started during ISOCON 2006.
