1.The candidate must be a member of the Indian Society of Otology.

2.The candidate must possess M.S. or F.R.C.S. or Dip.N.B.(ENT) or any other equivalent qualification in ENT.

3.Must have minimum 3 years experience after post graduation.

4.Must be less than 45 years of age as on 01.01.2008

5.Must submit a certificate from the Head of the Institute or department that the candidate has done Temporal Bone Dissection under guidance

6.Must have attended at least one temporal Bone dissection course in India or abroad.

7.Candidates will be called for an interview before the executive committee in New Delhi  during ISOCON 2008.

8.The selection will be made on the basis of the C.V. the interview by the executive committee and practical

Temporal Bone Dissection, if necessary. The decision of the executive committee regarding the selection of the candidate will be final.

10.Last date for receipt of application is November 1, 2008.

11.After successful completion of the fellowship the candidates must submit a detailed report to the Secretary of Indian Society of Otology and to the concerned foreign sponsors about the trip and fellowship and how he or she has been benefited by the fellowship.
